How to book a treatment

Booking a massage within minutes is easy through our website.

Our cutting-edge technology seamlessly connects you to wellness services whenever and wherever you want them. An expert mobile therapist can be at your door in an hour!

You’ll just need to click on order and then follow the on-screen instructions to choose a time and treatment that suits your needs, along with your preferences.   Add your payment information- then it’s time to relax!


How much will my treatment cost?

The cost of your massage varies depending on the duration of massage. The latest pricing can be on our web site.

During booking, you will also be able to see the difference in price when booking one or two therapists for your treatment. Once you have selected your appointment, you will be shown the price to confirm before finalising the booking.

All prices quoted on the booking page are full and final, inclusive of transportation, with no hidden fees.

How is my booking confirmed?

Once you have made a booking, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, showing your booking reference number and details of your treatment. This will also be sent to the email or other way requested by you.

In our web page, you are also able to leave any relevant appointment notes for your Therapist under the ‘Comment’ section on your upcoming appointment. You can provide parking information, whether you have stairs- or simply anything that you would be helpful to make your Therapist aware of before the treatment.

What do I need to provide for the treatment?

We recommend choosing a comfortable fit for you and a towel or bathrobe on your body. This is for your comfort as well as hygiene risons. A small hand towel can also be used to place under your head.

Your therapist will bring everything else for your treatment, including a massage table, sheets and towels for the table, as well as relaxing music and essential oils.

Can I change my therapist or treatment?

You can amend your appointment at any time following your booking, but please note that

fees will apply if wish to make an amendment to your booking within 24 hours of your agreed appointment time. Your fees will be explained to you before making the amendment, as per our cancellation terms below.

How do I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change quickly, but our appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and your therapists.  You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours ahead of your agreed appointment time.


In the unlikely event your plans change and you wish to cancel your booking closer to your appointment time, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. To make cancelation to your appointment, please contact our dedicated Customer Service team at +359887 344 100 or mail

2. You will be advised the amount to be refunded to you, as per our cancellation policy

3. You will be prompted to add credit to your account so that you can rebook your next treatment easily

4. You can also select to have the refund returned to your card, which can take up to 5 working days

5. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and amount refunded to you

PLEASE NOTE: You will be reminded of the cancellation policy before placing your booking, or cancelling your treatment.

 You will also be charged the full Treatment Fee if you:

1.      Cancel a booking other than as permitted above

2.      Attempt to cancel a booking on or after Massage Appointment Time

3.      Fail to attend a booking at the Massage Appointment Time and/or at the Designated Premises
